I couldn't think of what I was reminded of when looking through Forever21 new arrivals sections today... then it hit me. V MAGAZINE! I know it's not identical but I can't help but feel like maybe they got there inspiration when styling this outfit from the size issue. I still can't get over how awesome Crystal Renn looks in that issue.
