Juicy?

Normally I'm not one to enjoy juicy couture.... see, velour jumpsuits are just not my thing. But sometimes they have something  that catches my eye. These earrings being one of those things. I really like metal and jewels together. Such a luxe look. Not a bad deal either.

Here are a few picture we took while celebrating my Fiances birthday a few weeks back.  Great hike in Pt. Lobos. Probably about 70 degrees at 4 pm. Perfect. With the fact that it pretty much snowed here this weekend... I needed a dose of fun in the sun.

Dear BHLDN,

I was really looking forward to your line coming out. Even when I wasn't getting married, I was still excited for you to happen. Well, even though I think some of the gowns are great. The dresses are even better... But where do you get off charging $300 for these earrings? Any crafty girl could probably make these. In fact they should. Maybe I even will. I should just to prove that  this is ridiculous! I've been known to buy things not worth the cost, but seriously now. Are consumers just that dumb? Why does something with the word wedding attached warrant such a price increase? Anyone down to try and make these and follow up? Let me know if you do! It's seriously only bent wire, soldered together. Hmmmmmm.
